The project is located in Xiahuayuan District, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, which belongs to the modern integrated Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city circle. It is 108km from Beijing; 220km from Tianjin; 180km from Xiongan New District

项目特点：中式气韵与精神的集合；建筑本体为中式传统街区，融合了现代商业的运营模式。

Project features: Integration of Chinese style charm and spirit; the building itself is a traditional Chinese block, which incorporates modern commercial operation models.

 

项目契机：借助周边山水景观以及借“冬奥”契机打造的快捷公共交通体系，成为通向冬季冰雪运动圣地崇礼最后一站的特殊地缘优势，定位为集商业、文化、会议、休闲、居住等诸多功能为一体的“商业会议服务中心”。

照明设计理念：

盒：民居围合成院、是记忆中传统的中式聚落，暮色四合，万家灯火围合形成了“一座城”

禾：国人寄与嘉禾诸多美好的寓意，此处引申为景观氛围宁静放松

和：传统与现代，快与慢，东方与西方互相融合，和谐并生

合：现代表现手法与传统建筑的结合

The courtyard surrounded by folk houses is a traditional Chinese-style settlement in memory. It is surrounded by four in twilight and surrounded by thousands of lights to form a "city"

设计总结：

Design summary

 

设计任务：

设计师希望项目在夜晚展现其本身的精致，拒绝大面积的泛光照明；打造商街氛围的同时避免产生眩光，造成光污染。

设计难点：
通过极少的灯具塑造建筑的夜间形象及精神； 灯具与建筑隐蔽结合，避免眩光产生。

设计策略：

本次设计重点打造灯光对近人尺度的渲染，利用灯光突出建筑本体结构；同时减少屋面大面积照明，采用针对重点建筑的屋顶灯光表现，加强建筑群的错落次序，与周边景观及环境相衬相容。

Design tasks:

We hope that the project will show its exquisiteness at night, rejecting large-scale floodlighting; creating a commercial street atmosphere while avoiding glare and light pollution.

Design difficulties:

Use very few lamps to shape the night image and spirit of the building; the lamps are combined with the building to avoid glare.

Design Strategy:

This design focuses on rendering the lighting to a near-human scale, using lighting to highlight the main structure of the building; at the same time, reducing the large-area lighting of the roof, adopting the roof lighting performance for key buildings, strengthening the sequence of buildings, and matching the surrounding landscape and environment Compatible.
